Working
with My Buyers:
Buying a new home is a
process. First, I will usually meet with
a potential buyer at one of my offices and just talk. This is when the home buyer can let me know
about their wants, needs, decorative preferences and lifestyles. Also I explain
the things I do as their agent. We
basically get to know each other; so we can decide if we want to work with each
other. To-Date, every one of my buyer clients has found their new home
in a short period of time. It’s about paying attention. I spend a lot of time just listing to my
client and watching. Than we go find
their new home.
