Selling a Home

Maximizing the sales price for a seller is an "Eye Balls Contest". What do I mean by that? The eventual sales price for a particular home is heavily proportional to how many people see the home (on the internet, in hard copy material, signs, open houses and with their agent.)  The keys here are: Dynamic Pre-marketing, Aggressive Internet Exposure, Eye-Popping Photos, Local Neighborhood Advertising, Virtual Tours,  Flyers, Cards and Inexpensive Staging that looks Great. Today, almost every buyer will spend some time researching the home market place on the internet. So we make sure that all our homes for sale appear everywhere on the internet, not just the MLS, but all the various real estate search engines, and other advertising venues as well. We do all of that and more for my Seller Clients.
